We are a business-to-business firm. Almost all the personal information we hold is ordinary business contact information about people at client firms, plus the account records needed to run our software. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. This website carries no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.
BMore Professional Services, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company based in Baltimore, Maryland, is the business responsible for the information described here. Contact us at services@bmoreproservices.com.
Where we host software for a client firm, that firm decides what goes into its own account. For that data we act on the firm's instructions, and the firm's own privacy notice governs how it uses it.
| Category | Examples | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Contact details | Name, business email, phone, company, job title | To reply to you, set up your account, and provide the service |
| Enquiry content | What you type into our contact form | To answer your enquiry and keep a record of it |
| Account records | Username, role, hashed password, sign-in times, security events | To let you sign in and to protect accounts from misuse |
| Order and file data | Property addresses, order references, search type, documents you upload | To perform and deliver the work you ordered |
| Billing records | Invoices, amounts, payment status, subscription state | To bill you and keep required financial records |
| Technical logs | IP address, browser type, timestamps, error traces | Security, fraud prevention, and diagnosing faults |
We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never reach our systems.
We do not knowingly collect information from children. Our services are for businesses.
Title abstracting necessarily involves examining public land, tax, and court records, which may contain names and other details of property owners and lienholders. That information is public by law and is examined and reported for the legitimate purpose of a title search ordered by a client. We report it; we do not build marketing lists from it or sell it.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, each of whom is permitted to use it only to provide their service to us:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Stripe | Payment processing for software subscriptions |
| Hosting & infrastructure providers | Running our websites, portals, databases, and file storage |
| Email delivery providers | Sending order confirmations, notifications, and replies |
| Address verification | Verifying and standardising property addresses at order entry |
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business — in which case it stays subject to a policy at least as protective as this one.
We do not sell personal information and we never have.
Our systems and service providers are located in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be processed in the US.
Access is limited to the people who need it. Software accounts use individual credentials with role-based permissions, sessions time out after inactivity, and repeated failed sign-ins lock an account temporarily. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text, and are set by the account holder through an emailed link rather than typed in by an administrator. Traffic to our sites and portals is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.
This marketing website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. It loads a web font from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch it.
Our client and staff portals use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in, plus an optional “remember me” cookie if you choose it. These are required for the portals to work and are not used for tracking or advertising.
You can ask us to:
Email services@bmoreproservices.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days. We may need to verify who you are first. We will not treat you worse for exercising any of these rights.
If your account was created by a client firm using our software, please contact that firm first — the data is theirs and we will refer your request to them.
If we change this policy, the “last updated” date above will change, and we will notify subscribers by email where the change is material.
