BMore Professional Services, LLC · Baltimore, Maryland

Title abstracting, and the software that runs it.

We search Maryland title for title companies, law firms, and lenders — and we build the workflow software that the work runs on. Two platforms, both coming soon.

Title abstracting is Maryland only — every county and Baltimore City.

Maryland coverage Every county, plus Baltimore City as its own jurisdiction
Built for the trade Title companies, real-estate law firms, and lenders
One finished package Invoice, abstract, chain of title and documents in one report
What we do

Three lines of work, one operating discipline.

The abstracting practice is the core of the business. The software exists because the practice needed it. The consulting exists because other firms need the same thing we already built for ourselves.

01

Title Abstracting

Maryland searches

Full 30-, 40-, and 60-year searches, bring-downs, two-owner and current-owner searches, plus tax, judgment, name, foreclosure, and leasehold work.

  • Chain of title, deeds, mortgages and assignments
  • County and town taxes, including prior years
  • Water and utility, front foot, and user benefits
  • Judgments and title exceptions
02

Software

Platforms we build

We build our own systems rather than bending generic software to fit. Two platforms, both coming soon.

  • Title AbstractFlow — title abstracting workflow and client ordering
  • REO AssetFlow — an operating system for REO and property-management brokerages

Business Consulting

Operations & systems

For small firms whose work has outgrown spreadsheets and a legacy database — the position we were in before we rebuilt.

  • Replacing flat-file and spreadsheet systems
  • Workflow and status-flow design
  • Client portals and self-service intake
  • Rollout, documentation, and staff training
Title AbstractFlow Coming soon

One place for the whole order, both sides of it.

Title AbstractFlow replaces the spreadsheets, email threads, and shared folders most abstracting firms run on. Orders come in through a client-facing portal, move through a defined status workflow in the staff portal, and go back out to the client with documents attached — all in one place. Both sides see the same file in real time, so the “where does this order stand?” email disappears.

Why we built it.

Abstracting firms lose hours a week to status inquiries, lost attachments, and orders that fall between an inbox and a spreadsheet. The work itself is skilled; the coordination around it is overhead. Title AbstractFlow removes the overhead.

REO AssetFlow Coming soon

Our second platform, for brokerages.

A multi-tenant operating system for REO and property-management brokerages — bank-owned and traditional real estate, office staff, field inspectors, and agents all working from the same live property record. It will be licensed as a monthly subscription; indicative pricing is published.

AssetFlow · desktop The back-office hub for owners, brokers, and coordinators — properties, inspections, vendors, deals, financials, and institutional reporting in one place.
FieldFlow · mobile For inspectors. Walk up to a property, photograph it, update occupancy status, and file the report — then on to the next one.
AgentFlow · mobile For agents. Their own deals, offers, and deadlines in their pocket; the heavy reconciliation and commission math stay at the office.
One live record An inspection filed in the field shows up in the office immediately; an agent's offer reconciles against the same record the coordinator sees.
