Three different things are sold here and they are billed three different ways: title searches per order, software by monthly subscription, and consulting by the engagement. All amounts are in US dollars.

Billed per order, invoiced to your firm. These are our standard rates; firms ordering at volume may be set up with agreed per-client pricing, which then applies automatically to their orders.

Orders cancelled before we pick them up are free. The cancellation fee applies only once a search is in progress, and it is applied openly and logged on the file. See our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
Both of our platforms — Title AbstractFlow for title abstracting firms and REO AssetFlow for brokerages — are coming soon, and we are not publishing a rate card for either. Licensing depends on the size of your operation and which parts of the system you actually need, so a published number would be misleading more often than it would be useful.

Software is licensed as a monthly subscription, billed in advance by card and processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. No setup fee and no minimum term: cancel any time and the subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Quoted in US dollars, excluding any applicable sales tax. Consulting work is scoped and quoted in writing before it starts — we do not publish an hourly rate, because the useful version of this work is defined by outcome, not by hours logged.
A defined piece of work with a written deliverable: how a job moves through your shop today, where it stalls, and a ranked list of what to fix. Quoted as a fixed fee once we know the size of the operation.
Workflow design, legacy system replacement, portals, and reporting. Broken into phases, each quoted and approved before it begins, so you are never committing to an open-ended project.
Optional monthly arrangement after a build, covering maintenance and small changes. Quoted based on the system's size.
